Garden Sunhouse (2.65m wide) – Free for Careful Removal
Description:
I am offering my garden sunhouse to someone who can dismantle and remove it. I’m downsizing to a smaller shed, so this one needs a new home!
Dimensions (Approximate):
• Width: 2m 65cm
• Height to Eaves: 1m 83cm (Internal headroom)
• Height to Apex: 2m 17cm (Total height to peak)
Condition & Repairs:
The structure is a solid Tongue & Groove design, but it does need some TLC:
• Some cladding boards and internal framing are rotting or loose and will need repair/replacement during reassembly. Specific sections might be fragile when you try to remove them.
• It requires new roof felt.
• The windows need new putty around the glazing.
• This is a perfect project for someone handy!
The Removal:
• Location: The sunhouse is situated between two trees. Safe removal is a priority—the building must be dismantled carefully to ensure no damage to the branches or bark.
• Tools: You will need to bring your own tools (drill, crowbar, etc.) and a suitable van.
• Deadline: Must be removed by 12 June.
Access: Roadside parking and access via gate at side of house.
