Canon 245XL 246XL Black + Color Ink (Mt. Pleasant)

I installed a new set of ink cartridges: https://a.co/d/0djgoZMH and then I broke my printer with a bad jam and can't figure out how to fix it, so I'll have to get a new printer. Would love for these not to go to waste if someone else could use them. The color one is completely unused and full, the black one is mostly full. They would have to be stored in something airtight until you're ready to use them, as they've already been opened.

I plan on recycling the printer but if you're handy, you're welcome to it as well. I'm getting the P10 error on a Canon PIXMA printer, I have cleared the jam, I have reset the printer, everything except for take it apart, and I can't get it to work.
