Old plywood chest of drawers in need of refurbishment (Leasgill LA7)

An old plywood chest of drawers which may have been from Habitat originally. I got it second hand about 35 years ago. It has been stored in a shed for the last year and has been used for tool storage.
It's in need of sanding and repainting if you wanted to use it in a bedroom.
It's sturdy but fairly lightweight. The drawers would benefit from some wax or polish to help them open and close more smoothly.
