Like-new. I literally swiped the powder once, before realizing that this was a different product than what I wanted to originally purchase. Originally purchased 2 of these from Mitsuwa. They let me return the unopened product but I wasn't able to return this one bc I opened the box (& I did try the product—one swipe, basically brand-new).
