Toddler’s stool (Bramhall SK7)

Can anybody make use of this? It was a booster seat, the kind that you strap to a dining chair but the strap went missing years ago. Grandchildren have been using it as a stool for the past few years. The seat can be two different heights depending on which way up you have the stool. Approximately 11” x 10”.
