Elho over fence/rail/ balcony planter (Wolsingham DL13)

I have an Elho planter that is designed to fit over a fence , handrail or balcony etc
To fit over a maximum width railing of 6cm
It is 58 cms at the longest point
29.5 wide and 25 high
180 ltr overall
Used but in overall sound condition
A few splashes of fence paint here and there
I have ringed it so that it is reasonably cleaner than it was
A good quality manufactured planter
