AEG vacuum cleaner (Stroud central)

Can anyone make use of this rather dilapidated vacuum clear? It still works, but everything is a bit clunky. Perfect for a garage workshop. I think a clean to its insides would do it a lot of good. Comes with 8 spare bags.
