The insert where the pole slots into the base to stabilise it is cracked.
However, you can still insert the pole into soft earth to stabilise it.
Ideally the base can be repaired. You just need 2 pieces of marine ply, 1 on top and 1 inside. Cut a hole for the pole and nut & bolts to secure it.
The tennis ball needs to be replaced.
There are no bats.
