yard cart with issues [20886]

Finally upgraded from my trusty yard cart, it has served well for years.
Checking to see if anyone can use it before I put it out to pasture - it
has a crack in the bottom (I wasn't moving liquids so that didn't
matter) and one wheel no longer rolls smoothly, sometimes it locks up. I
tried lubricant but it didn't make much difference. It's not as dirty as
it looks, it was under the deck the last time the deck was stained so it
has inherited some brown coloring. I know I am making this sound good!
Anyway if you can use it, please let me know.
