CURB ALERT: PVC conduit (St. Paul (Hamline/Midway))

I am giving away a length of gray Schedule 80 PVC conduit. This PVC pipe is six feet long and two-and-a-half inches wide.

The location is 1681 Taylor Avenue in the Hamline/Midway area of St. Paul. The pipe is tied to a tree between the sidewalk and street.
