Bishop's chair over 80 Years old (3446 Oakwood Terr NW, DC)

The frame is excellent, doesn't squeak/ It is solid'
As you see, the chair bottom needs the springs tied up and the back is still quite nice, but needs to be tacked in the back on the left side. It was purchased at the National Presbyterian Church (Nebraska Ave NW, DC) about 50 Years ago.
