Nike shoes, sandals and boots (NE)

Size 7 in all. I'm addict in recovery. It keeps me clean if I am exercising while I working on my recovery. I really want to climb the mountain and I walk lkn. Distances. The I ky thing is I don't have proper shoes for any of these things. Please if you have or can get me into some running shoes. Hiking boots, sandals of preferably flip flop with arch support.
