Clothes and Sneakers (Upper west side)

I was homeless and lost all of my clothing. I just relocated into a place and am in need of clothing and sneakers. I am. a big guy size 3x shirts, 42+ - 3x pants, and size 13 or 14 sneakers. any help is greatly appreciated I am trying to get back on my feet and start working but this is the first step. thank you so much and God Bless
