Redring 10.5kw Electric Shower (Stanford-le-Hope SS17)

The shower has been installed, all other components are brand new.
When I installed the shower, there was a temperature fluctuation. I contacted Redring who told me that because I had a water softener and the shower was fitted in a loft conversion, there wasn’t enough water pressure for the shower and I needed a lower power unit, which I have fitted and seems to be working well.
If anyone takes the shower, I can’t guarantee that the temperature problem that I had was due to the water pressure, although I’m pretty sure it was.
