This is relatively new (bought March) and I have only used it once (successfully) because it wouldn't start the second time I tried. The company don't want it back so if anyone would like to give it a go at repairing or whatever it needs, you're welcome to try.
I charged the battery when it wouldn't start, then it just made a clunk noise but still didn't start. It comes with battery, charger and instruction manual.
