USB flash drive 8GB (TW7)

Hi. Just wondering is someone might have a spare 8gb flash drive. I need to recover my faulty Chromebook and need to create a recovery drive. It needs to have at least 8gb. Feels wrong buying one, since I probably won't ever use it again (perhaps I could just borrow or pass on straight away). Thanks for looking.
