This has a missing strap underneath where it attaches to a dining chair. We bought this second hand to go on holiday and only realized it was missing a strap when we got there.
The straps to keep the baby in and the straps to attach it to a dining chair back are all there so we ended up using it as a little floor standing chair. It folds for transport and is in good condition apart from the missing strap underneath.
