Model AQ***. Radio does not work, but Cassette Tape player does play and rewind (fast-forward is "iffy"). I don't know if it records because I don't have any blank cassettes! Scratch damage on case at front. Would suit either an enthusiast to repair/refurbish, or perhaps someone who just desperately wants to hear those old tapes they still possess.
