Fill dirt (Talleyville, DE 19803)

I'm laying a patio and will have quite a bit of soil to get rid of....anyone need fill dirt. I don't want to reuse because my 2 dogs use the area quite a bit to urinate.. I have a small property so don't have room to let ot clean itself outside and really dont want to pay to take to the dump
