Vintage bag (Gleneagles area, Wboro NN8)

My friend is clearing out her great aunt's house. We're not sure how old this is, but my friend remembers her great aunt letting her play with it when she was a little girl. My friend would like it to go to someone who would love it and use it please, as she herself uses what she calls an "old lady's tote bag"
