2023 Whirlpool Washer (South side; King’s Crossing)

Does not work. This is the model with the removable agitator. We bought it new in 2023 and it worked perfectly for three years and then stopped. It started throwing codes a few months ago. I tried replacing parts for every code the mother board threw at me (door lock mechanism & drain pump). I took it completely apart and cleaned it; I even replaced the motherboard but nothing I did fixed the issue. Comes with the extra door lock mechanism and drain pump as well as the instruction manual and the repair manual. When trying to use the machine, the door lock mechanism locks and unlocks the lid, then throws a code. I can’t get it into service mode any more to run the test.
