Car mount two way radio aerials (Kendal LA9)

Two car mount type two way radio antennae
The longer one on the left is 27MHz CB radio I think.
The shorter one on the right, I'm not sure, but likely to be old MR frequency, though I can't remember what that was was / is.
No bases, I can't find those atm.
