Camera battery or charger (Wd64tb WD6)

I am trying to get my Dad's old camera to work. There are 3 mini cassettes that I have not been able to see and they are from 20 years ago. I bought two chargers online one from a sketchy Chinese website and one from ebay that said it had not been tested. I have no idea if it is the battery, charger or camera but I want to give it one last shot. So anything you think may work to get this camera working. I would be grateful.
