70s (?) black and white TV, no power lead (Elmers End BR3)

Giving away this old black and white TV. Unit only, does not come with power cable (we've lost the original) or TV remote. Might be a unitra Vela? Though says Tokyo on the front. I've tried researching the model but I can't find any information on it.
