Mostly in good condition but there is a crack in the armrest and the height adjustment doesn't work properly. It will go up but then falls when sitting on it. I fixed this by adding a small piece of PVC pipe to hold it at the desired height.
Chair also reclines and armrests and headrest are adjustable.
