Succulents (Chiquita Av MtnVw)

Hardy, drought resistant, orange flower spikes when watered. They are
like cactus with thorns. These uprooted succulents are sitting in box, on the curb, between the sidewalk and the street, by fire hydrant, in front of 310 Chiquita Avenue in Mountain View. Please help yourself.
