Men's Bicycle-Revised Offer (San Carlos)

Men's bicycle in fair (not good) condition. After posting earlier, I discovered that the tires have a slow leak and probably need repair or replacement, so I am posting a revised, more accurate description. Otherwise in good condition, with accessories like upright handle bars, expanded cushioned seat and rear mirror.
