Good used condition. Pull out action to turn into bed is less smooth than it used to be, but it will still work in both positions. Nicer than many pull-out couches because the mattress isn't stuffed inside the couch - thick mattress, no uncomfortable center supports, large when pulled out.

From a home with a cat. Mattress cover has been machine washed and mattress has been spot cleaned. Both have been stored in mattress bags for a while.
