Lime ,seed or fertilizer spreader (Downtown Natick)

The black plastic lever holder has a split so I hold it open with a bungee cord. Easy fix if that I was never motivated to do. Works good at full open but can be fixed by a metal bar screwed into both handles beneath the lever if you were not born after 1990 as you probably are not handy.
