Child's play house (BR5 St Mary Cray)

This child's play house has been in storage for a while, so would benefit from cleaning, but it is all plastic so will dry quickly. The door is missing the bottom half. Otherwise in good condition for its age. Includes assembly instructions. Please suggest when you can collect.
