Black & decker Circular saw (BN1)

Hi, I have a circular saw that has been in my loft for 4 years as you can see on the blade where there is rust, but the motor has not seized and all it will need is a plug because did work the last time it was used but unfortunately I needed a plug for an electric device so the plug is missing
