Excellent condition. Was left over from sellers when we bought our house, just doesn't fit with our own furniture now in! Wheels for easy moving, comes with 2x spare armrest covers if needed.

No fire label (doesn't look like there ever was one!). Small slightly worn patches at the top (see last pic) but not noticeable in person.
