Plastic down pipe offcuts (SG17 (Shefford))

Do you have any offcuts of plastic down pipe no longer needed?

I need a number of pieces of 3 inch pipe to complete a maintenance project, minimum length (assuming cut square) of 19cm / 7 1/2 inches.

Before I go and buy a length, I wondered if there might be any pieces I could save from the tip - can you help?

Ideally I'd like to collect from areas I often visit - so around Shefford, Hitchin, Letchworth and Biggleswade (or anywhere in that sort of circle).
