It is stamped CZ (Cubic Zirconia) 925 and has a full hallmark as well so it is silver with a single artificial stone centred in a heart shape.
Suitable for a small finger only (15mm diameter).
Weighs very little so would have no scrap value unless combined with other items of the same grade of silver.
