Craft bits to make a Roman blind (Bromham MK43)

Hi, I've got most of the bits and pieces you would need to make a Roman blind, apart from the fabric 😊.
They've sat in my cupboard and I've decided I'll never get round to making one. Id love them to get some use rather than being binned.
Can anyone use them?
