Pond balls to reduce weeds (Garstang)

These are plastic balls which float on water and are supposed to reduce surface weed. They can be effective.
Some hardware bits and pieces; the padlock & hasp/hinges never used. (We don't know what the black pieces are but perhaps someone can use them?)
We might be able drop either or both of these items into a local address; please give your location if asking for this. No time wasters please
