Some form of sun shade for garden (Stourbridge DY8)

Hi, ive had a rapid decline in health from crohns disease, induced lupus, I need some form of sun shade, standing parasol or gazebo if possible, anything that could get me some shade as my whole garden is filled with sun from 10am till 7pm, so I can tend to children in the garden, I cannot be directly in the sun but im feeling so sorry for my kids as I cant be out with them 😞
