Guinea pig / rabbit hutch, two runs and a shelter (Browns Hill GL6)

Old hutch, two storey, been used for two guinea pigs for 7 years so a bit worn. I have scrubbed it thoroughly but you can see in the photo the floors are stained. Will need a rain cover / insulation if to be used outside. A hutch alone is not enough space for happy guineas without the run attached - we attached it permanently and opened up each morning. Fixings have come off so you will have to find your way to attach. Note that this run doesn't fold up, so you will need a car boot big enough. Rain cover. Then separately there is a grass run with shelter that are both newer and in reasonable condition but they have been outside all winter so need a bit of a brush down. That run folds up as you can see in photo.
