soft computer chair (Near US24 and 291)

I’m a young disabled veteran and unfortunately have arthritis up and down my back. My job requires long periods of sitting. I recently purchased an ergonomic chair with money I had saved up while on sale, but unfortunately it is not comfortable and exacerbates my back pain. I’m hoping someone has a decent executive style chair with lumbar support that they are willing to part ways with. I appreciate anyone in advance.
