Has been used as a kitchen radio.
Good sound quality
Can store favourite stations
Only problem is the volume button is a bit temperamental. It won't change while you're listening to it and if you're unlikely to want to change the volume too often then it will be fine, but it is much easier to make it louder than quieter!
