I made this sailboat sail out of ripstop nylon last century for a weird little sailboat (long gone). Sail is not a standard size...the perimeter measurements are 105", 45", 79", and 46". Fabric is in good shape, no rips or serious wear, but there are metal stains and some occasional little black marks from use. See photos.
A friend of mine made a hip back yard sun shade out of an old sail but I don't have yard for such.
