Comfortable 2 seater burgundy fabric sofa with fully working pull out bed. Some wear and ripped areas in places (see photos), but still functional and ideal as a spare room, student, or temporary sofa.
Very heavy, so you will need 2 people for collection. Located on second floor with lift access.
