Women’s Underwear (diapers) (Raytown)

I have an opened package of size medium, women’s Depends (about 32 left in package). The guide says they should fit 31-37 inch waist.

I also have an opened (about 34 left) package of CVS, S-M underwear (package says fits waist 28-40 inch).
