Wooden CD storage / shelf unit (Long Melford CO10)

This is a small shelved storage unit, made completely out of wood with a hardboard back.

It is currently stained / varnished but could be an ideal upcycling project if you wanted to paint it instead. As you can see from pic 5 it houses CDs perfectly - I'm guessing it was made for that very purpose; it can hold 120 CDs.
(Please note that the CDs are just to illustrate this, they don't come with it. I know it might sound obvious but I thought it best to be clear!)
Dimensions are as follows:
Height : 74.5cm (approx 29 and a half inches)
Width : 29cm (approx 11 and a half inches)
Depth : 13cm (approx 5 inches)
(This is the actual depth of the sides of the unit; the plinth and top are slightly larger, see pics.)
Weight : Just under 5 kilos.
