bicycle (Kettering NN16)

I am looking for a reliable hybrid or city bicycle for my daily commuting. As I travel a lot every day, I need something in good working condition.
 My Height: 176 cm (Looking for a Medium or Large frame).
 Preference: Ideally with mudguards, but open to any options.
