Approx two years old, worked well on different carpets etc in a previous house but hasn't been so good here ... may just need a good overhaul / service ...
Also it is heavy for carrying up and downstairs and probably best suited to bigger rooms ...
It was great when we first had it, so hoping someone else can extend its useful life ...
Complete with attachments ... and minimal instructions but more online.
