Moisturizer from Japan (Elmwood)

My sister-in-law gave me this as a gift from her trip from Japan, but I don't plan to use it. I believe she said it is skin lightening and has vitamin C in it but I'm not sure. Apparently some people are really into Japanese products of this type!
