Electric sander or electric drill (Lawrence Heights)

If you have an electric sander or drill you no longer need, I'd be happy to take it off your hands! I'm preparing for a project and will likely need an electric sander once, and a drill a few times. If you know of any places in Toronto renting these (I've reached out to the tool Library) and could pass that along it will also be appreciated! Thank you.
