Sketch of Drury Hill and Garners Hill, Nottm (Kimberley NG16)

Found in loft. This Sketch by F. Getton shows the corner of Garners Hill and Drury Hill c1910. It is a lovely piece of Nottingham history. Drury Hill was featured in the 1960 film of Sons and Lovers adapted from D.H. Lawrence semi- biographical novel. The area was later demolished to make way for the Broadmarsh Centre.
