Items needed for Community Health Campaign (Pens, Printer, Toys) - 501c3 Non-Profit
Hi neighbors! I am the founder of a newly registered 501(c)(3) community health non-profit.
To help us run this event and give a small incentive to the families, we are looking for the following items. Since we are an official non-profit, we can provide a tax-deductible donation receipt for your business or personal taxes.
We are looking for:
Pens / Bolígrafos: A large quantity (new) to give as souvenirs to participants.
Small Toys / Plushies: Small stuffed animals or small toys to give to the children accompanying their parents.
Color Tank Printer: A color printer with eco-tank/refillable ink (very economical to print health guides for the community).
Black Toner for Brother HL-L2460DW: A spare TN830 black toner cartridge for our current printer.
If you have corporate leftover swag, boxes of unused promotional pens, or extra supplies, please let us know! We can pick them up anywhere nearby and will gladly issue your tax receipt. Thank you so much for supporting community health!
